At VAMED+WWH, we continue to grow and are looking to welcome an International Logistics Manager to our Seville team. We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in import and export operations, multimodal transport, and logistics coordination for international projects.

We are looking for someone with a general mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach, who can ensure that our equipment and goods reach their destinations on time, with maximum efficiency, safety, and cost control.

What will your mission be?

To plan, coordinate, and oversee the national and international logistics operations for our projects, from origin to final delivery, optimising routes, costs, and lead times while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable customs regulations.

What will your main responsibilities be?

- Design and optimise logistics plans for international projects, selecting the most appropriate routes and modes of transport.
- Negotiate rates, service terms, and contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, road carriers, and logistics service providers.
- Coordinate import and export operations, multimodal transport, and customs clearance.
- Oversee international shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs requirements for each operation.
- Track shipments and resolve incidents involving delays, damage, inspections,



and additional costs.
- Coordinate special, heavy, and oversized cargo, as well as deliveries to project sites and hospital facilities.
- Manage transport insurance and claims, monitor logistics costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Finance, and international suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

What are we looking for?

- 7–10 years of experience in international logistics, import/export, and logistics operations coordination.
- Experience in multimodal transport, customs clearance, and negotiations with logistics service providers.
- Experience in project cargo, oversized shipments, technical or medical equipment, and industrial, hospital, or EPC projects will be highly valued.
- A degree in International Trade, Logistics and Transport, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping documentation, logistics contracting, and customs regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking and analytics tools will be an advantage.
- English at B2–C1 level or above and professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong negotiation, planning, cost analysis, problem-solving, and risk management skills in international environments.
