We are looking for a Junior Consultant / Architect to join our IT Strategy & Architecture team. We seek curious, technology-driven professionals who are passionate about modern architectures, Generative AI, and building innovative solutions for clients.

Your Role

As part of our team, you will help clients design and evolve their technology landscapes, working alongside architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining technical thinking, problem solving, and emerging technologies to design solutions and turn ideas into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design of scalable solutions based on modern architectural patterns, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to technical designs, integration models, APIs, and system interactions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, data, and business teams.
- Produce architecture artifacts, presentations, recommendations, and technical documentation.
- Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate design activities, software development, analysis, and content creation.
- Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts,



and accelerators that help clients validate ideas and deliver value faster.
- Participate in architecture reviews, strategic discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures.
- Experience contributing to technical designs or software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to use AI to create tangible outputs, such as software components, prototypes, analyses, presentations, automations, or business deliverables.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a strong learning mindset.
- Professional level of Spanish and good command of English.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development practices.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCPs, low-code/no-code platforms, or rapid prototyping tools.
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building new things.
