We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems.
- Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.




- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision.
- Monitor and maintain account security, ensuring all processes align with gaming industry compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escal and resolve technical bugs reported by users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the back-office support workflow through proactive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Gaming & Esports sector to provide informed assistance.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our multicultural office environment.
- A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, essential for back-office operations.
