About the role

We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically.

This internship is designed as a learning experience, adecuado for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up.

What you'll learn & Support

People Operations (HR exposure)

- Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires
- Assist with employee documentation (contracts, amendments) and payroll checks
- Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems
- Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders

Operations & Expansion exposure

- Support the team in the process of opening new study centers
- Assist in coordinating facilities, vendors, and basic operational needs
- Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development

Cross-functional collaboration

- Work closely with People Operations (HR) and RevOps / Expansion teams
- Learn how operational and people-related decisions support business growth

Who this internship is for

- Students currently enrolled in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, HR, or related fields
- Looking to build a career in People Operations / HR, with exposure to business operations
- Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution

What we're looking for





- Initial experience (internships or part-time roles) in People Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative environments
- Exposure to logistics, coordination, vendors, or facilities is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
- Stakeholder mindset: curiosity and interest in understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Languages:

- Fluent English required
- Native Spanish required
