Scorp Inc. is an innovative technology company with offices in Istanbul and San Francisco. Founded in 2014, we initially launched the Scorp app but have since shifted our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming. Responsibilities

- Maintain and organise AI agents’ knowledge bases to ensure accuracy and improve retrieval quality
- Monitor agent performance and resolve issues related to information quality, prompts, and workflows
- Optimise AI integrations and model configurations for response quality, speed, and cost efficiency
- Analyse business needs and evaluate AI models to identify suitable solutions
- Track performance metrics, conduct tests, and report findings with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with relevant teams to deploy and document AI solutions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and AI integrations
- Experience working with APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
- A solid understanding of RAG, vector databases, and embeddings




- Experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development
- Familiarity with model evaluation and testing methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Good written English and reading comprehension
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus

Location & Work Setup

- This is a full-time contract position.
