Ubiquity Service is looking for Project Manager Assistant (Chinese-speaking) to join the team in Barcelona. Ubiquity Service is a Warsaw, Poland-based automotive technology service provider dedicated to providing tailored, seamless, and comprehensive technical service support and solutions for Chinese automotive companies entering the European market. Responsibilities

- Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.
- Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes, and keeping project information up to date.




- Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.
- Take part in automotive testing ( driver assistance systems, connectivity) and help prepare test reports

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Fluent Chinese and good English.
- Valid European driver's license.
- Readiness for frequent business trips (approximately 10 months per year).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time on a B2B contract.
- Responsibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
