Role Description As a Spain Online Language School Franchise Partner with Lingua Learn Franchise Group, you will manage and grow the franchise within the Spanish market, focusing on both public and corporate clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee local marketing activities, build partnerships with organizations and educational institutions, and manage client inquiries and enrollments through the provided e-commerce and CRM platforms. You will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s General Franchise Support Team to align on sales strategies, promotional campaigns, teacher allocation,



and training initiatives.

You will supervise local staff or contractors as needed, ensure service quality, and use data and feedback to refine offerings for the Spanish market. This is a remote, contract role that requires proactive business development, operational management, and close collaboration with the global franchise network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams across cultures.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, customer needs, and performance data in the Spanish territory.
- Candidates should possess clear Writing skills to prepare proposals, marketing content, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and development of local staff and to coordinate with Lingua Learn’s academic and support teams.
- Experience in franchise management, education services, or language training is highly beneficial.
- Background in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within online or service-based industries, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and self-management abilities, with the capacity to work remotely, meet targets, and comply with Lingua Learn operational standards.
