Full Proof Bakery is looking for a dedicated and friendly Bakery Sales Assistant to support our small bakery located right in the vibrant centre of Palma, Mallorca. As our bakery serves a diverse community of neighborhood regulars, island residents, and visitors from around the world, you will play an essential role in providing an outstanding counter experience every single day. This is a part-time position designed for someone who thrives in a lively café and bakery atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming guests, offering recommendations, and selling our freshly made bakery products

Preparing quality sandwiches and serving delicious coffee drinks to order

Maintaining an attractive, clean, and well-organized display counter throughout the shift

Managing daily sales, handling orders accurately, and attending to customer inquiries

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the work area





Requirements

Good command of both Spanish and English to converse comfortably with all our guests

A positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for guest service and hospitality

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to keep your composure during busy rush hours

Motivation to handle food and beverage preparation, including making sandwiches and coffee

Flexibility and availability to cover midday shifts on a part-time schedule

This position offers approximately 20 hours per week with regular midday shifts. You will be working directly on-site in the heart of Palma, making it convenient to reach and right in the middle of Mallorca's urban pulse. As part of a focused, small bakery operation, your daily efforts will have an immediate impact on the satisfaction of our guests and the smooth running of the shop.
