Based in the Polígono Son Castelló business area in Palma de Mallorca, this position offers you the opportunity to work in the specialized wine sector with convenient morning hours and immediate incorporation.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting outbound and inbound telephone sales calls for specialized wine products.

Advising customers on wine selections and answering questions regarding product availability.

Guiding clients through the ordering process and ensuring clear, friendly communication.

Recording customer details, managing customer files, and handling order administration.

Profile Requirements

Fluent command of Spanish (castellano dominio is essential for this telephone-based role).





A minimum of 9 months of verifiable experience in direct sales or customer advisory positions, such as retail store clerk, telemarketer, or sales representative.

Immediate availability to join the workplace in Palma.

Additional language capabilities are considered an asset.

Formal training or background in customer service or professional sales techniques is also highly valued.

Working Conditions

An indefinite employment relationship (contrato fijo discontinuo / indefinido).

Part‑time commitment of 25 hours per week, running Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, keeping your afternoons and weekends free.

A gross salary of 915 euros per month for 25 hours per week, regulated under the Telemarketing Collective Agreement (Convenio Telemarketing).

Convenient workplace located in Palma at Polígono Son Castelló.
