A private company operating in the construction and technical services sector is seeking a qualified first-class technician (Oficial 1ª) for after-sales and maintenance in Palma. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring high standards of construction quality and customer satisfaction across residential developments. Your primary focus will be on quality assurance and resolving structural or finishing issues. Verifying that all repair and remediation works comply strictly with required quality standards. Reporting incidents, structural findings, and repair progress directly to the after-sales manager. Carrying out maintenance interventions and technical checks across residential buildings. To be considered for this opening,



you should bring solid hands-on experience and the relevant certifications. Proven experience working as a first-class tradesperson (Oficial 1ª) in residential building construction. Mandatory completion of the 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety course (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales - PRL). A detail-oriented approach to quality inspection and reliable communication skills. This role offers a permanent contract (contrato fijo) based on-site in Palma. The regular working schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. The salary will be agreed directly with the company based on your demonstrated professional experience.
