Conduct initial and ongoing client consultations to assess health status, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Develop customized, actionable wellness plans that encompass nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, sleep optimization, and other relevant areas.



Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey. Educate clients on evidence‑based health principles and practical strategies for behavior change. Utilize digital coaching platforms and tools to track client progress and facilitate communication. Collaborate with a team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in health coaching and wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Contribute to the development of coaching resources and educational materials. Requirements

Certified Health Coach (e.g., NBHWC, ICF accredited program) or equivalent certification in a relevant health or wellness field. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual health and wellness coaching. Strong knowledge base in nutrition, exercise physiology, behavioral psychology, and stress management. Excellent active listening, communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills. Proficiency with digital communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and coaching software. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of professionalism in a remote setting. A genuine passion for helping others improve their health and well‑being. Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and fluent in Spanish. Additional language proficiency (e.g., English) is a plus. Benefits
