Sales Manager – Travel Technology (Tour Operators & DMCs) | Spain / Portugal (Remote)

We’re partnering with a well-established global travel technology business that is investing in its presence across Iberia. They are now hiring an experienced Sales Manager to open up and develop the Spanish and Portuguese markets, focusing on Tour Operators and Destination Management Companies.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a territory with a high degree of autonomy, backed by an established international team and a product already trusted by travel businesses worldwide.

The Opportunity

Own and drive full-cycle new business across Spain and Portugal, from first introduction through to negotiation and contract

Build a strong pipeline of Tour Operator and DMC prospects through targeted outreach, networking, events and referrals

Develop senior-level relationships with owners, MDs, CEOs and commercial leaders

Identify new routes to market, including partnerships, industry associations and commercial networks

Lead consultative product presentations and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Provide local market intelligence to shape the wider European commercial strategy

Work closely with the Europe Regional GM and integral Sales, Marketing, Product and Client teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7-10 years of commercial experience in B2B technology, SaaS,



travel technology or consultative solution selling

A proven track record of winning complex new business and developing markets, not just managing inbound leads or existing accounts

Experience owning a territory or significant commercial portfolio with high autonomy

Strong network within travel, tourism or travel technology in Spain and/or Portugal (highly advantageous)

Experience working with Tour Operators, DMCs or complex travel businesses (particularly valuable)

Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of SaaS commercial models and recurring revenue

Proven forecasting discipline and CRM experience

Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English (essential); Portuguese or other European languages are an advantage

Flexibility to travel regularly across Iberia and occasionally elsewhere in Europe

Highly self-directed, commercially curious, with a hunter mentality and a willingness to stay hands-on throughout the sales process.

What’s On Offer

Up to €100,000 base salary
