DescriptionWe are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the German market. Your main responsibilities will include: Responsibilities

Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries. Managing orders, changes and returns. Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions. Supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey. Requirements

Fluent/native German essential for supporting the German market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.



Good PC and systems knowledge. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Well organized, reliable and adaptable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. What we offer
