Experteer Overview As an HR Project Manager, you will lead high-impact people initiatives within Sulzer’s Flow Division, guiding projects from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with managers, HR teams, and leaders across multiple countries to enhance employee development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. This role emphasizes change leadership, project governance, and data-driven improvements to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a general, cross-functional environment to shape programmes that support the people agenda.

Responsabilidades • Broad HR background • Experience in industrial, manufacturing or engineering context • Experience leading or coordinating HR projects/programmes • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience supporting people development, engagement or organisational development initiatives • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Proactive, self-sufficient approach to project delivery • Experience in engineering/ manufacturing environments is advantageous
