Experteer Overview As Cluster Medical Lead, you will shape and drive the medical affairs strategy for our product portfolio in the cluster, collaborating with commercial and integral teams. You will lead scientific communications, education, congress planning, and HCP engagement for the lead molecule, while supporting Early Access Programmes and ESRs in line with global strategy. You will manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisors, coordinate with clinical development, and ensure medical activities align with overall company strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on medical excellence to improve patient care across Europe.

guiding activities and strategy • Serve as primary touchpoint with clinical development/operations to synchronize cluster medical activities with clinical programs • Lead insight gathering processes and drive innovative solutions for Europe • Coordinate and chair Advisory Boards with an established network of Oncology HCPs • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure patient-centered care and strategy alignment • Manage external vendors/teams in a matrix environment • Maintain and share medical knowledge resources for internal stakeholders (medical, commercial, field teams)

Responsabilidades • MD, PhD (or equivalent) • Regional or multi-country experience in medical affairs • Extensive medical affairs experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry • Oncology and Immunotherapy therapeutic area experience aligned with pipeline • Leadership and management experience with MSL teams • Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/IO • Experience managing vendors and external teams in a matrix setting • Proven cross-functional collaboration on strategic planning • Experience providing medical support for marketed biotech/pharma products • Expertise in coordinating Advisory Boards with Oncology HCP networks
