Experteer Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, shaping architecture, deployment, and production handoff. You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set coding standards across the team. Working with a Deployment Strategist, you translate complex customer challenges into scalable AI deployments. You will stay at the forefront of AI tools and methods, driving real-world impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production handoff • Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise-grade integration patterns • Own data lifecycle design and processing pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms • Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration with a track record of solving hard problems • Develop and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes • Create proofs-of-concept and MVPs with prudent decisions on scope and timing • Codify reusable patterns and assets as playbooks for the organization • Mentor engineers via code reviews,



pair programming, and shared work • Provide depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering • Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into shippable agentic solutions

Responsabilidades • 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems • Degree in Computer Science or related field • Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; proficient in others • Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex; experience with prompt engineering and responsible AI in real contexts • Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics; proficiency across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs • Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment on when speed is appropriate • Track record mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets • Excellent communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives • Willingness to travel ~25% and fluency in Spanish and English • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
