Experteer Overview In this role you will operate and scale the European Sovereign Cloud to deliver high-availability AWS services for EU customers. You’ll collaborate with global teams to evolve operations, improve reliability and performance, and shape service delivery at scale. You’ll participate in on-call rotations and mentor teams while developing automation to enhance daily operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to drive operational excellence and customer-centric innovation in a security-conscious cloud environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Oversee ongoing operations and expansion of the ESC, working with general AWS teams • Improve availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of ESC • Collaborate with technology leaders and service teams to enhance day-to-day operations • Develop and test scripts to streamline workflows and automate tasks • Provide feedback on change management documents and address operational backlog • Root-cause incidents,



contributing to resilient and fault-tolerant systems • Engage in educating teams about ESC complexities and best practices • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to resolve incidents out-of-hours • Contribute to development and testing of automation to support workflows

Responsabilidades • Linux OS and network troubleshooting experience • Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language • Experience in Systems engineering, site reliability engineering, building and operating systems at scale • EU citizenship and residence in the EU (required) • Willingness to participate in On-Call rota • Relocation support available within EU • Strong communication and collaboration skills
