Experteer Overview In this role you drive the medical affairs strategy for the cluster’s product portfolio, aligning with global plans and collaborating with the commercial team. You lead scientific and medical communications, congress activity, and HCP engagement for the lead molecule, while supporting Early Access Programmes and externally sponsored research. You supervise Country Medical Leads and Field Medical Advisors, coordinating with clinical development to align medical activities with pipeline programs. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape oncology/immuno-oncology medical strategy across Europe.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of immuno-oncology, disease areas, company products, and competitors • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal patient care and strategy alignment • Serve as an educational resource—providing medical/scientific knowledge and training to internal stakeholders • Develop and execute the Cluster Medical Communications plan in sync with Commercial and European/general Medical Affairs plans • Establish scientific communication channels and collaborations with HCPs and academia • Lead medical insights gathering and drive innovative solutions for Europe in collaboration with teams • Coordinate medical affairs activities with clinical development/operations across the cluster • Lead and manage vendor/external teams in a matrix environment • Oversee ESRs and EAP discussions/reviews aligned with global strategy • Coordinate Advisory Boards and maintain an established network of Oncology HCPs

Responsabilidades • MD, PharmD, PhD (or equivalent) • Experience at regional or multi-country level • Extensive Medical Affairs experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals • Oncology and immunotherapy therapeutic area experience • Experience leading MSL teams • Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/IO • Vendor/external team management in a matrix environment • Proven cross-functional strategic planning experience • Medical support experience for marketed biotechnology/pharmaceutical products • Expertise in establishing and chairing Advisory Boards with Oncology HCP networks
