Experteer Overview In this role, you will strengthen Fever's physical security across corporate offices, warehouses, and events by shaping and deploying security technology. You will work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, standards-driven security solutions and lead end-to-end security projects in a global setting. The position offers hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with external partners to protect people, assets and operations. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design, specify and deploy physical security systems (access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, alarms) across offices, warehouses and event spaces • Lead and support end-to-end security projects (risk assessments, site surveys, planning, implementation, review) • Support security planning for new markets, venues, and large events with cross-functional collaboration • Contribute to global security policies, standards, and procedures; drive consistent rollout across regions • Define and maintain global technical standards for security hardware/software for scalability • Manage relationships with security integrators, vendors and service providers; review proposals, specs, and SLAs • Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance; monitor system health,



performance and incidents • Ensure compliance with local data protection and video surveillance regulations; maintain system documentation and SOPs • Support incident response, crisis management, and investigations using system data and lessons learned

Responsabilidades • 4+ years in physical or corporate security with a strong technical component • Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/VMS and intrusion systems across multiple platforms • Experience with risk assessments, site security planning, events or incident management • Solid understanding of IP networking and integration of security devices with IT environments • Proven track record leading security projects and managing integrators/vendors/service providers • English fluency; additional languages (especially Spanish) a plus • Structured, analytical mindset; ability to translate security topics for non-technical stakeholders • Emotional intelligence and strong communication with varied internal/external stakeholders
