Experteer Overview In this FPu0026amp;A role, you will support planning, forecasting and analysis to enable data-driven decisions. You’ll build and validate financial models, drive the operating plan, and contribute to management reporting and financial close. You will partner with stakeholders to align priorities, analyze variances, and support growth initiatives. This role offers exposure to strategic projects like Mu0026amp;A support, product launches and market entry within a values-driven, results-focused finance team.

Compensaciones / Ventajas • Support annual operating plan aligned to strategy and forecast visibility • Build and update forecast models using drivers and external factors • Create analytical tools to drive expense efficiency • Produce recurring and ad hoc management reports and ensure reporting accuracy • Prepare variance analyses of actuals vs plan/forecast and present results • Analyze KPIs (backlog,



staffing, starts/no starts, labor productivity, client satisfaction) • Support strategic initiatives (growth, margin improvements, Mu0026A, product launches, process improvements) • Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities and drive solutions • Establish and maintain financial operational policies

Responsabilidades • Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent • MBA or credits toward MBA preferred • 3 years of Finance experience; FPu0026A preferred • Fluent English and Dutch mandatory; Spanish a plus • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle Smartview, Power BI, Alteryx a plus • Experience with Hyperion, ESDB, Oracle a plus
