Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the medical affairs strategy across the pipeline for the cluster, collaborating with commercial and global teams to ensure scientific alignment. You will drive medical communications, congress planning, and HCP engagement, while supporting early access programs and externally sponsored research. You will manage country and field medical teams, coordinate with clinical development, and serve as a medical knowledge resource across the organization. This position offers the chance to shape oncology/ Immuno-Oncology strategy and strengthen cross-functional medical impact in Europe.

and ESRs in collaboration with European Medical Affairs • Manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisor teams and deploy them strategically • Act as the primary liaison with clinical development/operations to integrate medical affairs with development programs • Establish scientific collaboration with HCPs and academia • Lead advisory boards and manage external vendor relationships in a matrix environment • Oversee cross-functional strategic planning and ensure alignment with broader medical strategy • Provide medical support for marketed products and maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Responsabilidades • MD, Phamr D, PhD (or equivalent) degree • Experience at regional level or with responsibility for more than one country • Extensive medical affairs experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry • Oncology and Immunotherapy therapeutic area experience • Leadership and management experience with MSL teams • Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/immune-oncology • Experience managing vendors and external teams in a matrix environment • Track record of cross-functional collaboration on strategic planning • Medical support experience for marketed biotechnology/pharmaceutical products • Expertise in establishing, coordinating and chairing Advisory Boards with HCP networks in Oncology
