Experteer Overview In this FPu0026amp;A role at ADP, you will support planning, forecasting and financial analysis to enable strategic decisions. You will build and update financial models, analyze variances, and ensure data integrity across planning cycles. The position requires close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional partners to communicate results and drive initiatives. You will contribute to strategic plans, KPI management, and financial close activities, helping to grow margins and efficiency. This role offers a chance to impact ADP’s growth while working in a values-driven, global corporate finance team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Support annual operating plan aligned with strategic plan and perform forecasting for visibility into results • Run operating plan models and incorporate validated assumptions; prepare plan presentations • Help build forecast models using key drivers, trends,



and external factors • Create analytical tools and models for expense efficiency • Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc management reports; ensure reporting accuracy • Collaborate with shared services and maintain control environment to mitigate risks • Prepare variance analyses of vigente vs plan/forecast • Present results, forecasts, and plans to senior management • Perform deep analytical business analysis to address complex problems • Manage KPIs (backlog, staffing, starts/no starts, labor productivity, implementation analysis, survey scores, client satisfaction) • Support strategic planning and initiatives (Mu0026A, product launches, market entry, process improvements) • Provide analytical support and conduct required research • Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities and secure buy-in

Responsabilidades • BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent • MBA or credits toward MBA preferred • 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (FPu0026A preferred) • Fluent English and Dutch mandatory; Spanish a plus • High level of Excel skills • Experience with Oracle SmartView; Power BI, Alteryx and AI assistants a plus • Knowledge of reporting in Oracle, Hyperion, ESDB (preferred)
