Experteer Overview In this role you lead and own security incident response within a global, cross-functional team. You will coordinate response across stakeholders, analyze multi-source data, and drive improvements to incident handling, tooling, and guidelines. You’ll help strengthen Allianz’s detection and defense by translating insights into actionable actions. This position offers hands-on impact in a collaborative, high-stakes security environment with 24/7 readiness and opportunities to shape security operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Coordinate and own incident response activities across distributed environments and stakeholders • Acquire, analyze, and report on data from diverse sources during incidents • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to runbooks and processes • Contribute to internal tooling enhancements and automation scripting • Analyze attack patterns and threat actors to improve detection and defense • Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management,



and Business Applications Teams • Participate in on-call shifts to maintain 24/7 availability

Responsabilidades • University degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field • Extensive Experience in Incident Response and complex environments • Strong technical proficiency across Linux/Windows, AD/Entra ID, web, email, networking, cryptography, and DevOps tools • Software engineering and scripting skills (Python, Golang, Shell, PowerShell), CI/CD, database management • Solid understanding of information security concepts, TTPs, and incident handling • Excellent analytical, communication, and attention to detail in English • Willingness to participate in on-call shifts • Certifications in security (e.g., SANS/GIAC, CISSP, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory
