Purpose

As a Credit Controller Iberia you will be responsible for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle utilizing SAP. You will ensure the timely collection of outstanding revenues, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve payment disputes efficiently while maintaining smooth professional communication in English with our international headquarters, regional stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Credit Collection & Recovery: Proactively track outstanding invoices and manage the recovery of overdue balances via phone and written correspondence with customers (public hospitals, private clinics, and distributors).
- Accounts Receivable Management: Perform daily bank statement reconciliation, as well as identify, post, and allocate incoming payments accurately within SAP.
- Credit Risk Assessment: Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, proposing and monitoring credit limits and payment terms within the system.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and debit notes in close coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Corporate teams.
- Public Administration Portals: Manage specialized public sector electronic invoicing platforms (such as FACe and autonomous regional healthcare portals) to ensure smooth billing compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare periodic aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection KPIs for both local management and corporate headquarters (presented in English).

Qualification

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration,



Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable and credit collection roles. Prior experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or the wider healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in SAP (specifically Finance/Accounts Receivable modules) is mandatory. Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential.
- Languages: Native or bilingual Spanish and professional English; Portuguese nice to have.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, strict attention to detail, ability to prioritize under tight deadlines, and a results-driven mindset.
