At TutorASAP High Performance International Study Centre, we are looking for a passionate, charismatic, and creative Russian Teacher who is excited about education and eager to take learning to the next level.

TutorASAP is not a traditional school or academy. We are a team of passionate educators committed to rethinking education and creating meaningful learning experiences that help students reach their full potential.

Our mission is to equip students aged 13–18 with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in the 21st century, providing them with a solid foundation for a brighter future.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop engaging teaching materials tailored to students' learning needs.
- Deliver dynamic and effective Russian lessons adapted to students' levels and objectives.
- Collaborate and communicate with fellow teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Monitor students' progress and support their academic and linguistic development.
- Attend weekly meetings with the teaching team.
- Assist colleagues in reviewing, editing, and improving educational materials.

Requirements

- A high level of Russian proficiency and the ability to teach the language effectively.
- A bilingual or advanced level of English.
- At least one year of teaching experience is desirable.
- A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- Creativity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
- The ability to motivate students and adapt lessons to different learning needs.

Working Conditions

- Position: Part-time.
- Working hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, according to the agreed schedule.
- Working schedule: Evening availability required.
- Students' age: 13–18 years old.
- Locations: Chamartín, La Moraleja, and Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
- Start date: September 2026.
- Work location: On-site.
