In this role you will lead planning for complex airport mobility projects, partnering with Project Management to define the execution approach and use the contractual schedule as reference. You will develop integrated detailed plans across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation and Commissioning, and maintain the project Baseline.

You will monitor progress, assess schedule risks, and propose recovery actions, enabling on-time delivery in a high-impact, technically demanding environment.

- Coordinate schedule across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, Testing u0026 Commissioning, and Close-out
- Analyse risks and opportunities related to schedule, resources and execution; define mitigations
- Establish and maintain Baseline; monitor progress using S-curves and milestones
- Prepare progress reports for Department and Project Management; track contractual milestones
- Incorporate Change Orders and adjust Baseline; create look-ahead plans and recovery scenarios
- Identify resource requirements and bottlenecks; coordinate information across departments
- Provide objective project status, forecasts and recovery options to management




- Support executive reporting and decision-making with dashboards and analytics
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration to achieve deadlines and objectives
- Adopt hybrid on-site/remote work model and contribute to continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

- Solid experience in Project Planning u0026 Control in industrial, EPC or complex projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts: Baselines, Critical Path, Milestones, Progress Measurement, Forecasting
- Proven ability to identify deviations, assess impacts and implement corrective actions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation and Commissioning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 is a plus; strong Excel; Power BI desirable
- Ability to prepare executive reports and dashboards
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Analytical thinking, forward planning and risk anticipation; results-oriented
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Autonomous, data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement
