In this role you will lead the medical affairs strategy for the cluster's product pipeline, aligning with the global plan and collaborating with the commercial team. You will direct scientific communications, medical education, congress activity, and HCP engagement, while supporting Early Access Programmes and ESRs within Europe.

You will manage Country Medical Leads and Field Medical Advisors, coordinating with clinical development to harmonize medical activities across the cluster. You will be a key educational resource and ensure cross-functional alignment with European and integral medical plans, driving scientific leadership in oncology and immuno-oncology.

- Develop and execute the Cluster Medical Communications plan in coordination with Commercial and European/global Medical Affairs
- Lead scientific and medical communications across the pipeline with emphasis on lead molecule
- Plan and oversee congress activities and HCP engagement
- Support Early Access Programmes (EAPs) and External Sponsored Research (ESRs) aligned with global strategy
- Manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisor teams and guide strategic deployment




- Coordinate medical affairs activities with clinical development/operations in the cluster
- Maintain deep knowledge of immuno-oncology, the pipeline, and competitor options
- Act as educational resource for internal stakeholders and provide medical/scientific training and support
- Establish and chair Advisory Boards with a network of HCPs in Oncology
- Gather and address medical insights within cross-functional teams to innovate solutions for Europe

Responsabilidades

- MD (or equivalent) degree
- Experience at a regional level or across multiple countries
- Extensive medical affairs experience in biotech/pharma
- Oncology and immunotherapy therapeutic area experience
- Leadership and management of MSL teams
- Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/IO
- Experience managing vendors/external teams in a matrix environment
- Track record of cross-functional strategic planning
- Experience enabling medical support for marketed biotech/pharma products
- Expertise in coordinating Advisory Boards with established HCP networks in Oncology
