Part-Time Junior Recruiter – Evening Shift (100% Remote, Spain)

THE OPPORTUNITY: EVENING HOURS, REAL HEADHUNTING EXPERIENCE
Looking for a part-time role you can combine with your studies, another job or your own projects? We’re opening an evening position dedicated to our US-based roles.
Most of your time will go to interviewing candidates while the US is awake, plus some targeted sourcing to find top tech talent. You’ll get continuous mentoring from an industry expert, and the role is a real doorway into a full-time career with us.
YOUR SCHEDULE: CHOOSE THE WEEK THAT FITS YOU
Option A: 16 hours/week, Monday to Thursday, 4 hours per evening
Option B: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per evening
A fixed evening block between 19:00 and 00:00 Spanish time (e.g. 19:00–23:00 or 20:00–00:00), agreed with you from the start
That’s roughly 13:00–18:00 in New York and 10:00–15:00 in California, which is prime interview time for US candidates
Your mornings and afternoons stay completely free - you can even do another job if you want to
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Candidate Interviews (most of your time): Run initial technical and cultural screenings for our US clients’ roles: Account Executives, Product Engineers, Backend/Frontend, AI/ML and Data Scientists.
Profile Validation: Evaluate candidates against client requirements, focusing on a product-driven mindset and startup compatibility.
Targeted Sourcing:



Use LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage hidden talent for challenging startup roles.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a premium journey that leaves international candidates excited about our clients’ visions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (agency or in-house). Exposure to tech is a plus, not a must.
Language: Advanced to bilingual English is mandatory. You’ll interview native English speakers every evening.
Spanish: A plus, but not required.
High Coachability: A strong desire to keep learning and improving under expert guidance.
Communication: An active listener who asks sharp, qualifying questions.
Availability: Reliable evening availability 4 or 5 days a week.
Location: Based anywhere in Spain (100% remote).
WHAT WE OFFER
Pro-Rata Base Salary: Calculated from our full-time band of €22,000 gross/year. That is approx. €8,800 gross/year for 16h/week, or €11,000 gross/year for 20h/week.
Night-Shift Premium: +50% on every hour worked after 22:00, as set by our collective agreement.
Performance Bonuses: An extra €300 cash bonus for every candidate you interview who gets hired (higher bonus amount for candidates that you sourced directly that get hired).
Path to Full-Time: A real opportunity to move to a full-time contract with us as you grow.
