Are you a proactive tech enthusiast looking to build an IT department from the ground up?
At Zoco Home, we’re looking for a highly organized and resolute Junior IT Administrator to join our growing team in Costa del Sol. As our standalone internal IT specialist, you will be the backbone of our daily tech operations, from managing our hardware inventory and security systems to supporting the implementation of our new internal software systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. You will enter at a junior level but with a clear path to grow alongside the company, with the ultimate goal of leading the IT department in the future.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's hardware inventory, ensuring all laptops and office equipment are properly assigned and functioning.

Oversee, configure, and manage the security camera systems across our facilities, taking full ownership of this area.

Support the implementation, documentation, and optimization of new internal IT systems and processes.

Act as the primary point of contact for daily IT support, resolving technical issues quickly and independently without relying heavily on external factors.





Understand and map out internal business workflows to ensure our technology aligns perfectly with our operational needs.

Manage day-to-day tech operations with a high degree of autonomy and organization.

Requirements
Minimum qualification of a Higher National Diploma (FP Grado Superior) in IT, Systems Administration, or a related field.

Great English and Spanish skills (spoken and written) are essential.

Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as you will be the sole IT professional on the team initially.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a resolute, proactive attitude towards technical challenges.

Solid understanding of hardware management, security systems, and business processes.

Familiarity or previous exposure to IT system implementations is a strong advantage Odoo.

Must be based in the Málaga region.
