Are you a qualified nursing assistant looking for an exciting healthcare opportunity in Mallorca? A private clinic in Palma is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (TCAE) to join their medical team. In this full-time role, you will play an essential part in delivering patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across consultations and clinical areas in the capital of the island.

Your primary tasks will include assisting doctors during patient consultations, supporting both medical and nursing staff in the operating room, and attending directly to patients. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sterilizing medical materials, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and restocking clinical supplies regularly throughout the facility.

To be considered for this position, you need an intermediate vocational training degree in nursing care (TCAE).



You should possess basic conversational skills in both English and Catalan (minimum A2 level) to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. User-level computer literacy is required to handle routine documentation. Driving licence and previous experience are not specified.

This position offers an 8-month temporary contract starting on October 19, 2026, with the option to renew. You will work full-time from Monday to Friday on rotating weekly shifts (morning shift from 8:30 to 16:00, or afternoon shift from 12:30 to 20:00). The annual gross salary is €20,800, prorated across 12 monthly payments.
