Solturo Solutions is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to support our US partner to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts. In this role, you will build strong U.S. client relationships and contribute to a fast-growing, multicultural environment. What You'll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls in English & Русский
- Build relationships with families & healthcare clients in the U.S.
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Keep CRM data (Hub Spot/Salesforce) up-to-date
- Work with Marketing & Client Success to provide excellent service
- Learn and adapt – you’ll bring value and ideas to a high-growth team

Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in English + Russian Русский
- 3+ years in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in international or multilingual settings
- Experience with CRMs like Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Comfortable with U.S. time zones
- Strong communicator, positive, proactive attitude, highly organized, goal-oriented
- Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets. Big plus!
- Quick to adapt, and always looking to learn and improve.
