Experteer Overview As a Senior Application Tendering Engineer you will support the sales cycle by crafting technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product managers and manufacturing sites to ensure accurate selections, competitive pricing and high-quality tender submissions.

The role combines technical expertise with commercial insight in an international setting, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across projects and tenders• Support the sales process from lead generation through negotiation with technical and commercial input• Analyze customer requirements, perform equipment sizing calculations, and propose optimal technical solutions• Develop quotations and commercial offers using dedicated quotation and configuration tools• Manage opportunities, customer accounts, and project data in Salesforce and related systems• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, product managers,



and manufacturing sites for accurate proposals• Complete technical documentation and customer data sheets for tender submissions• Assist pricing activities including special pricing assessments and non-standard solutions• Coordinate and monitor quotation activities for large and strategic projects• Suggest improvements to quotation tools, processes, and efficiency• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain technical and commercial docs• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and support cross-functional teams• Contribute to business transformation and adoption of new tools and processes• Build relationships with engineering firms and stakeholders involved in bidding• Ensure compliance with Health u0026 Safety, Environmental, Compliance, Equality and Data Protection requirements

Responsabilidades• Technical Engineering degree or higher education in related fields or equivalent experience• 2-5 years in tendering, application engineering, or technical sales support in the water sector• Knowledge of industrial processes related to Sulzer equipment• Experience evaluating technical requirements and configuring engineered products• Advanced MS Office skills• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary international teams• English at least B2 level• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills for markets supported
