Overview

In this role, you lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure reliable, safe facility operations at Littelfuse. You’ll implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and manage costs related to building systems and utilities. You will align maintenance activities with regulatory requirements and safety standards while supporting internal and external audits. This position sits at the core of keeping industrial facilities efficient, compliant, and productive, with a clear focus on reliability, cost control, and safety.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and train the maintenance team to achieve maintenance KPIs
- Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities, assets, and equipment
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators to optimize equipment reliability and operating costs
- Plan and execute improvement projects for equipment, facilities, and production areas
- Lead root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure safe operation and reliability of building systems (compressors, HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Implement and improve safe work practices and safety culture
- Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, company standards,



and technical requirements
- Train team on procedures, standards, and safety
- Support internal and external audits (IATF, VDA 6.3)
- Utilize Excel and MS Office for data analysis and decision support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance with operations
- Maintain 6S practices across maintenance activities
- Other duties as assigned

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing building maintenance
- Experience supervising maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems (high-capacity compressors, HVAC)
- Knowledge of Mexican regulations and standards for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic installations
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (Six Sigma, Ishikawa)
- Experience leading improvement projects
- Knowledge of 6S and safety practices
- Experience with IATF and VDA 6.3 audit requirements
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- English proficiency (B2–C1)
