About the role

We're looking for an exceptionally organised, creative and reliable Junior Personal & Content Assistant to work directly alongside POLAR's founder.

Most of the role is content and production.

You'll film an ongoing villa restoration in Marbella, capture founder-led content and keep our footage organised so the team can turn it into content for social media.

The rest is personal assistance to the founder: managing his diary, coordinating appointments and keeping on top of day-to-day tasks in his personal life.

It's a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves content, thrives on organisation and is happy switching between a filming day and a to-do list.

It's a junior position, but it calls for maturity, discretion and good judgement.

Content and production

Filming and on-site production

Film alongside the founder at the villa in Guadalmina and on other POLAR shoots.

Follow the shot list for each shoot, making sure every shot is captured and checked off.

Operate smartphones to capture high-quality footage, including close-ups, B-roll and behind-the-scenes moments.

Flag any shots that couldn't be filmed so they can be rescheduled.

Prepare and look after filming equipment.

Asset management and handovers

Transfer, back up and upload footage after every filming session.

Label key clips (hooks, personality moments, transformation stages)



with notes and timestamps so the team can find footage quickly.

Send a short debrief at the end of each filming day: what was filmed, products used, where the files are, standout moments and any missing shots.

Handle footage and asset requests from the content team.

Personal assistance to the founder

Manage the founder's diary, appointments and reminders.

Coordinate with suppliers, tradespeople and service providers, including those working on the villa.

Help with travel bookings and general admin.

Follow up on open tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.

How priorities work

You'll have two clear points of contact, so you always know what comes first.

Personal assistance: priorities are set by the founder.

Content, footage and handovers: priorities are set by our Content Operations Manager.

Filming days: filming always comes first.

You'll also work closely with our Community & Social Media Manager.

Who we're looking for

We're particularly interested in recent graduates and junior creatives who want real, hands-on experience.

Essential

Exceptionally organised, with a reliable system for tasks, files and deadlines.

Fluent English, spoken and written.

Based in Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, San Pedro de Alcántara or the surrounding area, and able to travel to Guadalmina every day.





Full driving licence and own car.

Practical experience filming content with a camera or smartphone.A good understanding of Instagram, Tik

Tok, You

Tube and short-form video.

Discreet and trustworthy with personal and confidential information.

Proactive and adaptable, happy to switch between creative and practical tasks.

Desirable

Content you've created for a personal account, brand or business.

Experience as an assistant, in events, hospitality or any role where organisation was key.

Spanish language skills.

An interest in interiors, property restoration, DIY or entrepreneurship.
