Overview

In this role you will lead hands-on cloud engineering and technical leadership on a large modernization project to transform legacy .NET services into a cloud-native stack on .NET 10, Azure, and AKS. You will review complex code, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD configurations to ensure quality, security, and architectural consistency. You’ll mentor engineers, influence standard practices, and help migrate XiO Cloud components while leveraging AI-assisted development tools. This position offers impact through scalable, secure cloud solutions in a globally distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct thorough technical reviews of complex pull requests for .NET/C# code, Terraform infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure code quality, architectural consistency, and adherence to engineering standards
- Review Terraform configurations, module structures, state management, and infrastructure changes for risks
- Evaluate Git Hub Actions workflows, deployment configurations, and automation for reliability and security
- Identify infrastructure drift, security vulnerabilities, and deployment issues pre-release
- Contribute to Terraform conventions, reusable modules, and CI/CD practices
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pair programming
- Participate in hands-on development and maintenance of .NET services,



Azure infra, and deployment automation
- Support modernization of legacy .NET to .NET 10 on AKS
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code reviews

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years of professional software or cloud engineering experience with strong Azure expertise
- Advanced Terraform experience including IaC, reusable modules, state management
- Strong Git Hub Actions experience (workflows, runners, secrets, OIDC, env deployment controls)
- CI/CD experience with deployment automation and release management (e.g., Octopus Deploy)
- Strong C# and .NET knowledge with code review capabilities
- Hands-on Kubernetes and AKS experience for deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience reviewing complex PRs across app code, cloud infra, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud security practices (Azure Key Vault, managed identities, access management, logging)
- Ability to identify drift, misconfigurations, risks, and deployment issues
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and reviewing AI-generated code
- Mentoring and promoting engineering standards across teams
