Overview

As Senior Technical Architect for Life Sciences, you define and govern end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce for enterprise programs in Iberia. You’ll lead multi-cloud, multi-workstream initiatives with Veeva coexistence or migration, guiding CIO/CTO stakeholders and shaping the technical roadmap. This role blends deep domain expertise with hands-on engineering to drive compliant, scalable solutions in regulated environments. You’ll mentor peers, evangelize AI-enabled delivery, and influence executive-level discussions.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for large Life Sciences programs across multiple clouds and workstreams, from discovery to go-live and hypercare
- Define target-state architectures for Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva coexistence/migration scenarios
- Set architecture standards and govern review boards; make decisive design calls and mitigate technical risk
- Be the final escalation point for technical issues and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR)
- Design enterprise integrations between Salesforce and life sciences landscape (Veeva, MDM, ERP, data warehouses, marketing automation)
- Define event-driven and API-led patterns; lead iPaaS strategy (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi)
- Shape data models and migration plans, including large-scale data migrations from Veeva; design Data Cloud/Agentforce solutions
- Review code quality, guide tooling (Python/Java Script), and define CI/CD and release strategies for large programs




- Act as trusted technical advisor to customer IT leadership and participate in executive conversations
- Mentor and grow Architects/Consultants; share assets and accelerators across Iberia/EMEA
- Drive AI tooling adoption in delivery and maintain relevant certifications (Life Sciences, Data Cloud, Architect Journey)
- Collaborate with Sales/pre-sales on opportunities, and support SOW de-risking and design

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting or professional services
- 3+ years in an architect role leading technical design of large, multi-cloud programs
- Proven Life Sciences experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud and/or Veeva, including coexistence or migration
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences processes (HCP/HCO engagement, omnichannel, field force operations)
- Solid knowledge of industry regulations and compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR)
- Strong engineering background with Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP; fluent in Python/Java Script/Type Script
- Expertise in integration and data architecture (Mule Soft or iPaaS, MDM, data migration, SQL/SOQL)
- Experience leading customer-facing architecture with executive presence and mentoring
- Proficient in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect and/or System Architect; CTA valued
- Familiar with AI tooling (Copilot, ChatGPT) for design and productivity
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops at scale for Salesforce
