Overview

As Head of the Americas VE/CE Team, you enable value engineering and component engineering across Honeywell’s global operations. You will lead a high-performing team, drive margin improvements, and align cross-functional partners to execute strategic programs. You will shape end-to-end process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives to boost productivity. This role offers impact across businesses worldwide within a culture that values initiative and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the Americas VE/CE process engineering team
- Deliver annual VE/CE targets for GBE and expand product margins
- Assess and benchmark end-to-end processes via value stream mapping and optimize through automation, digitization, simulation or re-engineering
- Drive cross-functional alignment with factories to improve productivity and margins
- Lead and coach engineers, ensuring succession plans and leadership development




- Develop training plans for TRR and People Competency Development

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of experience managing, ideating and executing VE and CE projects
- Solid knowledge of PMC and/or HGAS product portfolio
- Experience in a large general industrial environment
- Strong Change, Process, Data and Analytics skills
- Knowledge of product and process technologies or broad multi-process systems expertise
- Hardware and software experience
- 10+ years in Honeywell-relevant business (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS)
- DFSS Green Belt

- Change agent with ability to drive adoption
- Collaborative and cross-functional communication
- Executive presentation and clarity in messaging
- Six Sigma Black Belt (valued)
- DFSS Green Belt (required)
- Value stream mapping
