Overview

As HRBP you will partner with managers and leadership to shape people strategy across Kolsquare and the Storyclash integration. You will design org structures, workforce plans, and change programs that support fast growth and cross-border collaboration. You’ll drive performance processes, coaching, and succession for critical roles while stewarding employee relations and works council interactions. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational HR processes in a multi-entity, post-acquisition environment and to influence the company’s people-first growth trajectory.

Responsabilidades

- Act as trusted advisor to managers, translating business needs into HR initiatives, org design, and workforce planning
- Lead change management for the Kolsquare–Storyclash integration and future group-wide changes
- Drive performance management, calibrations, and development planning; coach managers on feedback and growth
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles; support retention strategies
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive conversations




- Serve as main HR contact for Austrian Works Council and other employee representative bodies
- Interpret engagement data and collaborate with managers on action plans
- Collaborate with the central Talent Acquisition team to open and coordinate roles
- Use people data to diagnose issues and shape leadership recommendations
- Partner on workforce planning and headcount decisions with Finance and Talent Acquisition

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment (50-150 employees a plus)
- Generalist background across talent, employee relations, performance, and engagement with senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law; experience with works councils and collective agreements
- Ability to build HR processes and tools from the ground up
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, high emotional intelligence, conflict navigation
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French/Spanish a plus
