Overview

In this role you will support the EKON ERP platform and related business processes, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs. You will bridge business users, IT, and external partners while building documentation for ongoing support. You will drive requirements, testing, access and data controls, and help identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes. This position offers scope to influence ERP upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement within a global team.

Responsabilidades

- Provide day-to-day functional support to EKON users and coordinate incident resolution with global IT and vendors
- Gather and document business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and assess impacts on processes, data, controls, and integrations
- Coordinate and perform functional testing for fixes, enhancements, upgrades and migrations




- Support user access, master data, functional settings, application controls and audit activities with owners
- Maintain clear process, system and support documentation
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, communicating progress, risks, impacts and decisions about EKON initiatives
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and digitize business processes and contribute to local and corporate projects

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with a technology focus, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in business process analysis and working with ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
