Experteer Overview As Events Planner at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and social events in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You serve as the primary client contact from confirmation to post-event follow‑up, ensuring flawless delivery aligned with Hyatt standards.

You collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and other teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Act as main client contact from confirmation to post-event follow-up• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, social events, and group functions• Manage event details including function space, AV, catering, timelines,



and special requests• Prepare and maintain event documentation (orders, function sheets, timelines)• Conduct pre-event meetings and site inspections with clients and internal teams• Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, AV, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure flawless execution• Monitor events on-site and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines• Support revenue optimization through upselling services and event enhancements• Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and collect feedback• Complete post-event follow-up, including billing accuracy and client feedback
