Experteer Overview In this role you will own end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels and international markets, translating briefs into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to orchestrate personalized customer communications at scale.

and monitor campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze• Ensure campaigns meet QA standards through testing and validation• Manage timelines and stakeholder expectations across concurrent projects• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights against KPIs• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to measure effectiveness and identify optimizations• Support development of automated customer journeys and lifecycle programs• Contribute to CRM best practices, operational excellence and innovation

Responsabilidades• 1-2 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management or similar roles• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Hub

Spot or comparable CRM tech• Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery processes• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey orchestration• Experience with campaign reporting and CRM KPIs• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects• Excellent communication and client-facing skills• Understanding of HTML email production processes and CRM ecosystems• Knowledge of customer data structures; SQL a plus• Fluent English written and spoken
