Compensaciones / Beneficios• Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, liaising with external providers• Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations• Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends for decision-making• Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, tax,



and social security queries• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues• Oversee administration of employee benefits, identifying and implementing new perks• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll u0026 Benefits team

Responsabilidades• 2-3 years in payroll and benefits• exposure to international payroll is a plus• Advanced English (C1 or higher)• additional languages are an asset• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets• familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office• Knowledge of Personio is an advantage• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, collaborative mindset• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to process optimization
