Experteer Overview As Internal Controls Manager, you help strengthen Mondelēz’s control environment across Europe’s Integrated Supply Chain.

You will lead risk-based reviews, remediation projects, and advisory work with plant, regional, and functional leaders.

Digitalization and data analytics will transform controls, supported by training and clear reporting to senior leadership.

This is a senior, autonomous role focused on sustainable risk reduction and process improvements that drive business value.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Act as a trusted partner to plant, regional and functional leads with risk-based insights• Lead end-to-end internal control projects: remediation, redesign, and deep dives• Support risk assessment and advisory activities to embed practical remediation actions• Collaborate on digitalization and data analytics to create digital control solutions and dashboards• Contribute to training and change management to build control ownership• Translate complex control topics into clear reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders• Support and execute SOX-related activities• Lead and coach the team, supporting growth and high performance

Responsabilidades• 8+ years in internal controls, internal audit, risk management, or compliance• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Supply Chain processes and related risks• Solid knowledge of SOX requirements and internal control frameworks• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders• Experience translating data into actionable insights• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related• Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, etc.) a plus• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
