Experteer Overview In this role you shape and execute the Industrial Water segment marketing strategy to connect customer needs with Sulzer’s full portfolio, driving measurable business impact.

You collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and leaders to translate market insight into go-to-market plans and campaigns.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to deliver a One Sulzer approach while growing Sulzer’s influence in general industrial water markets.

Responsabilidades• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial sectors• Proven track record in marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance tracking• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions• Strong stakeholder management in global matrix organizations• Commercial, data-driven, and customer-focused• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
