Mission The FP&A; Director for the CDMO business is responsible for leading strategic financial planning, performance management, and decision support across ESTEVE’s global CDMO operations. This role acts as a key finance business partner to the CDMO leadership team, supporting growth, operational excellence,



investment decisions, and long-range value creation across a complex international manufacturing network. The position plays a critical role in helping ESTEVE scale its CDMO platform globally while maintaining strong profitability, capital discipline, and customer-centric execution.
