In this senior role, you will steer design across Datadog's security products, building an industry-leading experience for security practitioners. You’ll mentor a diverse design team across multiple cities, shape a security design system, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering. You’ll drive bold, opinionated design decisions and bring AI fluency to how work moves from exploration to shipping. This hybrid, collaborative environment supports work-life harmony and creative impact.

• Lead design direction across the team’s products, upholding design excellence end to end (interactions, visual detail, cohesion)
• Run critiques, provide direct feedback, and push for bold, opinionated solutions
• Coach and grow designers across Paris, Madrid, and New York offices
• Help define a security-focused design system atop Datadog components and practitioner workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evolve cross-platform thinking and cross-team collaboration

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in design with experience leading and growing high-performing teams
• A design leader with strong user advocacy, sharp attention to detail, and direct feedback style
• Track record of elevating a team's output through leadership transformations
• Experience leading complex products or features (zero-to-one launches or reimaginings)
• Strong communicator who collaborates with executive and cross-functional xghoner stakeholders
• Demonstrated AI fluency in design practice or leading teams through AI-driven work
• Comfort navigating modern software development and cloud infrastructure
• Ideally security domain experience or portfol
