What you will do
- Contribute to achieve savings and cost avoidance by suppliers’negotiation
- Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc.
- Data maintenance (e.g. lead times, material object codes etc.)
- Executes and supports RfXs and quotation evaluations
- Plans and executes smaller purchasing projects upon instruction
- Be part of integral project and lead procurement purposes
- Good collaboration with and support of internal customers / stakeholders
- Administration: analyses, KPIs, data maintenance, requiring information and certificates, archiving, etc.

What we require
- ≥ first experience in similar position / industrial sector could be appreciated
- Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience and endurance in daily business (administration, order and dunning process etc.)
- MS Office is a must, experience in SAP-MM and eProcurement is an advantage
- Experience in the execution of RfXs as well as quotation evaluations
- Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training




- Education as “Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education” is an advantage
- Feeling comfortable within a complex and fast moving as well as changing environment
- Good social competence
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent in teamwork
- Proactive attitude
- Independent working
