What will you do?




- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct needs analyses and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successfully closing new business
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer success handover
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value

Candidate profile
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
