In this role, you will lead the outsourced Technical Accounting team within Credit and Surety Operations in Madrid, ensuring delivery against SLAs and quality targets. You’ll manage external partners, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements to strengthen controls and data quality. You will translate business needs into operational guidance and support continuous improvement in a globally connected setting. This position offers impact across cross-functional teams, with a focus on risk, governance, and service excellence.

• Lead and oversee the outsourced Technical Accounting team to meet targets, SLAs, and quality standards
• Act as central contact for credit control topics and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across credit control with general teams
• Manage resource allocation, KPIs, dashboards,



and reporting to monitor performance
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure data quality
• Ensure effective governance and oversight of external service providers

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate insurance environment or financial services in an operational role with credit control/technical accounting exposure
• Experience with third-party management, ideally in corporate insurance or technical accounting
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability xghoner to influence
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
• Solid MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• High integrity, adaptability, and a structured
