To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies.
Location: Madrid, Spain, hybrid (3 days on-site) Start date: ASAP Industry: Telecommunications Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido)
Mission
- Manage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles,



and steer the selection process
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach
- Drive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisions

Technical Environment
- ATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search
- Tech stacks recruited: Java, Python, .NET, JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network
- HR tools: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, mobility and relocation platforms
- Languages used internally: Spanish, English
